Where Do you source your crystals from?
At Trucrystals, we are incredibly passionate about how and where our stones are sourced. Which is why we mostly work directly with family-owned mine importers and cut out the middlemen.
Each of our crystals is handpicked and will be re-energized before sending it to you.
We are very fortunate that we have made some wonderful connections with like-minded souls who travel the world gem shows on our behalf and find beautiful pieces for us (and our ethos) in mind.
All of our crystals are sourced from ethical locations around the world, and every single one of our products is handpicked; for its beauty, for its magic & for its mystery. Each one of our pieces is one of a kind, so if you find something you love, get it before it's gone.
Our product gets listed on our site only if we, on the first hand, find it lovable and its energies are positive.
However, with respect to products, we cannot guarantee the authenticity, color, polish and life of the metal wiring, charms used, metal beads, and connectors, used in the articles.
How do I know whether I have chosen the right crystal?
Generally speaking, the crystals you NEED are the ones which will call you; for some mysterious reason, you will be lured to them.
We strongly believe the crystal chooses you, not the other way around.
Why am I attracted to only one stone?
Our vibrant world is filled with colors and these colors have their effect more than you realize. They can change your mood, behavior and maybe even your diet and people you love!
Crystals are no less! They come in all vibrant colours with varied energy levels that will impact on your mental and physical levels.
Thus, you always choose the energy that is lacking in you. It is the same with crystal. The energy of crystals will resonate with you and you will be attracted to that particular stone. And this is what we often refer to as “ That rock called me”!

Yes, they will definitely work. You need to be ready to embrace its energy and initiate positive action towards your goal.
How long will it take to show results?
Healing crystals are energy boosters, they show you the path to achieve desired goals. An individual needs to embrace the path and work on it.
How fast the results come is dependent on an individual's hard work, efforts, and sincerity to achieve the goal.
Crystals carry universal energy in them, they help individuals to bring the needed change in their life in order to achieve their goals. Crystals are part of spiritual work, and any spiritual work will take its own time, and the results are always dependant on individuals.

How can I pay for my orders?
We at Trucrystals currently accept all debit and credit cards as a standard means of payment. We do not offer COD.
Where do you ship to?
We send positive energy across the world. We provide free shipping across India.
How long will it take to ship my product?
We often process your order within 24 hours and during peak seasons, we may take up to 2 days, and it will take around 3-4 days to reach you. We have partnered with best of shipping companies to provide a secure shipment at the earliest.
What will be the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping across India. Hence, there will be no shipping charges added to your purchase.
Where is your store located?
We are based in Mysore in Karnataka. We process all our orders from Mysore. We have a physical store in Mysore.

What if I don’t receive the product?
We have partnered with the best shipping companies to provide a secure shipment at the earliest. In any case, if the product is lost or did not reach you even after 12 days, we will refund you in full as a store credit which you should use within 30days.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Yes, You will get a full refund if you cancel your order. However, If the product is shipped already, you will not be eligible to cancel your order.
Since we process orders normally within 24hours. If you wish to cancel your order within 24hours you may do so to avoid any further issues.
Why was my package undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. If this is the case, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Illegible Shipping Label. In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
- Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If after three attempts the carrier determines that the package is undeliverable, the package will be returned to Us and 10% of the actual amount will be released for your account.
- Refused by Recipient. If the recipient of the package refuses delivery, the package will be returned to us and determined undeliverable. No refunds will be granted if this is the case.
